Portfolio: Client Work — Cisco Systems
The work presented below is only a short snippet. Most of my work has been with Technology and Banking companies and is therefore private. However, during the interview, I can share a detailed understanding of the process and deliverables.

- Simplified the software licensing experience for Customers and Partners.
- The solution delivered visibility into license usage and product association.
- Clarity in site navigation and content flow that created an intuitive experience for a client’s software entitlements.
- Discovery Phase: Understanding the problem. Conducted interviews. Whiteboarding the customer journey.
- Pre production wireframes, ux flows, and design mock ups to support Cisco's top initiative - i.e.: Smart Licensing.
- Production: Fully functional application, UI design and graphics, including "The Solution Guide" logo.
- Continuous Improvement: Created a PhpBB Forum that allows for continuous improvement of product. Created forum specific sections for each area, so that issues can be easily converted to solutions and upcoming features.

- User Research (55% of the work involved research)
- Creating Journey Maps, Ideating and Protoyping (35% of the work)
