My specialties include product definition, designs and working on high traffic, high volume websites and applications. I thrive when it's not clear what the solution is, and the best way forward is to prototype fast and validate along the way. It is important to deeply understand the user journey, conduct interviews and usability tests. It is also important to work with product managers and business analysts to interate on design and flow.

Design Thinking & UX Process Below is a generic understanding of each process. The commonalities between them are highlighted in bold. However, real world solutions will vary based on business requirements. There is no one size fits all.
